In India, many young women from disadvantaged communities are excluded from education and deprived of job opportunities.
Synbionyme laboratories are committed to beautifying the dreams of those whose daily lives are often difficult. By supporting the “Beautifying Dreams” project developed by Aide et Action, we are helping to improve the socio-professional integration of 120 disadvantaged young women in India.
4 months of training to boost personal growth and self-confidence and for an initiation in entrepreneurship.

123 girls have been enrolled in the training program. 59 are trained, 59 are placed and 61 are still under training.

She completed her three months beauty therapy course and started earning Rs. 4000/- as beautician in a reputed beauty salon (Medwin Beauty & Hair Care) in the locality.Today Riddhi not only facilitating the education of her children but also striving hard to increase her earnings for enduring better future for herself & the children. She is carrying a dream today to have her own salon which according to her will be there soon.
